This collection of popular Hip Hop recordings were remixed by Kraze One during 2001 for the DMC "Strictly DJ Only" Phat Beats series.
Four out of the five remixes included in this compilation formed part of various 12" vinyl EPs that made up the "Strictly DJ Only" Phat Beats series (www.discogs.com/label/496646-DMC-Phat-Beats).

The digital release also contains an exclusive unreleased Kraze One remix of "Hip Hop Junkies" originally performed by Hip Hop duo Nice & Smooth. Also included in the digital release are several of the previously unreleased remix instrumentals.

The opportunity to work with the DMC label arose shortly after the release of the Kraze One produced composition entitled "Lilly Hall" with singer Aniis Le Neve (djkrazeone.bandcamp.com/track/lilly-hall-starring-aniis-le-neve).

Kraze One created five exclusive remixes in total using the accapella versions of the below releases. Further information on each remix is available in the description of each individual track.
